Individuals with industry training and proven leadership experience will find an opportunity to hone their current skills, improve as they face new challenges, and develop both their professional career as well as find personal growth.A Water Damage Restoration Lead Tech is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew for water damage mitigation, both during the work day and on an emergency basis (nights, weekends, holidays as needed). They will be managing job costs, production times, quality assurance and thorough documentation, as well as being responsible for a company vehicle and equipment. As needed, the Water Damage Restoration Lead Tech is also a working Field Technician who will supplement their water damage hours of work with our related service lines: mold remediation, air duct & dryer vent cleaning, etc. All of our services are provided for both residential and commercial customers. This is a full time position.Primary Responsibilities:Respond 24/7 to emergency water damage mitigation situations as part of a rotating on-call rosterManage the production, including hands-on work as required for water damage mitigation per written scope of workProvide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completionProvide thorough documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.) while being open to feedback on how to improve at all timesWork safely in a team environmentEnsures all safety measures are enforced on job siteQualifications:At least 2-5 years experience in restoration services (water damage preferred) (Required)1-2 years of leadership experience (Required)WRT certification (Required to achieve full time/team lead status)Other industry relevant certifications that are current that can include: IICRC, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI/CMRCWorking knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plusMust be a self-starterAble to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environmentExcellent Customer Service skillsAble to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and interpret Xactimate reports required for scope of workWorking knowledge of basic PC operations, smartphone usage, and ability to take clear photos for documentationExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid driver's license with satisfactory driving record (Required)Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test (Required)Safety Gear Provided:PPEGloves (leather, nitrile, or coated cloth depending on application)Safety Glasses or GogglesN-95 Respirators, cartridgesPoly Spun "Tyvek" style suits with hood and foot protectionShoe covers, Knee Pads, and Muck BootsHard Hats, Ear Protection, and Steel Toe Shoes may be required, dependent on site applicationFall protection for aerial workWe are a small, culture driven company that is committed to serving the community, helping employees grow, and develop successful careers.
