Assistant Supervisor – Warehouse Operations - Pay is BOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. This role assists the Supervisor in overseeing staff, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and workforce activities

• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance

• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Coordinate workflow and assignments to meet production goals

• Communicate with leadership regarding staffing needs, issues, and improvements

• Help train new hires and support onboarding processes

• Address minor operational issues and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)

• Flexible schedule, including overtime if needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
