Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Franklin, MA

What You'll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment
Create shipping manifests and ensure orders are processed accurately
Prepare shipments for trade shows and special events
Receive and organize incoming finished goods
Safely package hazardous materials for transportation (training provided if applicable)
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Comfortable working in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
