Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active SC state license or multistate license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or completed SNF clinical rotation preferred due to fast-paced SNF demands. Experience treating short-term rehab (STR) and long-term care (LTC) patient populations preferred. Ability to manage a mixed caseload in a 120-bed skilled nursing environment with fluctuating needs.

Assignment Details
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Schedule: Flexible; coverage expected five days per week to meet skilled patient needs. Caseload: Mixed SNF, short-term rehab (STR), and long-term care (LTC) patients; priority given to STR patients when census dictates. Facility Capacity: 120 beds with fluctuating needs.
