Schedule: Call only
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Type of cases and required procedures: General Gastroenterology procedures and cases
Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech
Certifications required: Must have an active Kentucky license, Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure required: Must be Board Certified
