Job Requirements
- Board eligible / Board certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Massachusetts state licensure, DEA, MCSR.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality care to adult and pediatric patients (age 2 and up).
- Varied shift length; no overnights.
- Walk‑in and scheduled patient care.
- Utilize on‑site lab and medical imaging.
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and quality systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare and administrative team members.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $325,700 with potential for quarterly incentive plan distribution. Full benefits including a generous, immediately vested pension, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and coverage with a liability limit. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a retirement plan with employer contributions.
