Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. This role is primarily focused on aesthetics and advanced laser treatments , with structured training and ongoing development in injectables and aesthetic procedures as part of your growth with MD Esthetics. We are looking for a clinician who is self-motivated, positive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Manage medical weight loss programs, including assessments and injections Support hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) in collaboration with the clinical team Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare Perform laser and energy-based treatments and microneedling procedures Administer neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulators Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Work collaboratively with physicians, estheticians, and support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care Qualifications Active NP license in Massachusetts Experience in aesthetics and laser preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and outcomes Proficient with EMR systems Who Will Thrive at MD Esthetics Self-motivated and takes initiative Enjoys working as part of a collaborative care team Positive, professional, and solution-oriented Excited about learning, growth, and expanding clinical skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
