Location : Sparta, MI   Shift: 1st Shift Pay : $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Printer to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, helping us ensure all printed products meet quality standards and are completed on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Printer, your key responsibilities will include:

Printer Operation & Quality Control: Ensuring all print jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to customer and company specifications.

Ink Mixing & Color Matching: Mixing and preparing ink colors to meet exact requirements for each job.

Equipment Maintenance: Performing general and preventative maintenance on printing equipment to keep machines running smoothly.

Additionally, you may be asked to support the maintenance team with troubleshooting or resolving equipment issues.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of printer operation, inks, and related industry processes
• Understanding of printer maintenance and basic mechanical functions

Skills:

• Multi-tasking: Helps you manage multiple printing tasks and deadlines with ease.
• Communication: Supports effective coordination with production, customer service, and other printers.
• Technical proficiency: Ensures you can safely and effectively operate printing equipment and perform light maintenance.
