Kindly find the job description below and let me know if you are available for the same.In this role, you will serve as a core senior member of the client team and will be responsible to analyze as-is state investor communication services architecture, business processes and dependencies, define and design capability-based cloud architecture for target-state on AWS. You will also be responsible to design and develop investor communication services solutions along with a core team of engineers who would gather and provide feedback on as-is state.Experience working with large financial services client environments and multi geo teams.Proven ability working with client Business, Product Owners and Technology stake holders and managing expectations and communications independently.Experienced to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures leveraging industry best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business and technology goals.Experience working with executives and ability to build consensus between diverse and often conflicting interests, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve agreement on technical plans.Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation) and knowledge of BPMN 2.0Experience in business process optimization and performance improvement.Demonstrable experience in the design of large-scale engines, batch intraday and real time, serving multiple regions.Design and architect robust solutions – proof of completing complex architecturesExperience with cloud-first architectures and how to design solutions that take advantage of the opportunities they offer.Ensure cloud systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.The ideal candidate will have experience coaching senior engineers; working directly with clients; and helping to define and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.Experience working with technical specialists in multiple projects and services, on problems that require broad architectural thinking.Proven experience in delivering complex and high impact solutions. Assess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state. Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate. Lead by example and constant learner.
