Who You Are: You are someone who thrives on creating order and making sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented-able to anticipate needs and tackle tasks without needing to be told. You take initiative and can work autonomously in a professional home environment while always keeping each family member's needs in mind. We value someone who can read the room, step in when necessary, and handle tasks with a calm, steady energy-and of course, a great sense of humor is a must! Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with a knack for streamlining systems and managing schedules. You understand how to balance multiple tasks, juggle different priorities, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You should feel confident in taking on both household management tasks and assisting with light meal prep, always maintaining a sense of professionalism while also having fun with the family-and not taking yourself too seriously! Above all, we're looking for someone trustworthy -someone who understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy and can step in as a reliable, supportive partner long-term. We also need someone who loves dogs and enjoys the energy that two Australian Shepherds bring into the household. If you're someone who is proactive, flexible, and enjoys the sense of satisfaction from making someone's life a little easier, with a good laugh along the way, you'll be a great fit for our family.
If you have a passion for wine or a background in hospitality, and you're interested in managing our wine cellar, that's a huge plus!
