Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapeutic techniques to encourage successful rehabilitation at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches whenever necessary, ensuring patient progress stays on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouraged participation in continuing education or advanced certifications.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
