This role supports revenue growth by delivering accurate reporting, improving sales processes, and partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to optimize performance.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales workflows and CRM systems.## Key responsibilities### Sales Performance & Analytics* Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and sales productivity* Analyze funnel performance, deal velocity, win rates, and forecast accuracy* Deliver insights and recommendations to sales and executive leadership### Forecasting & Revenue Planning* Support weekly and quarterly forecasting processes* Assist with territory design, quota planning, and capacity modeling* Partner with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue targets### CRM & Process Excellence* Ensure data accuracy and hygiene within CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)* Support improvements to lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close workflows* Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements### Cross-Functional Enablement* Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success* Support sales compensation analysis and performance tracking* Contribute to strategic initiatives related to growth and scale### Qualifications* 3–6+ years of experience in **Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics*** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)* Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; BI tools a plus* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities### Preferred Experience* Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales teams* Familiarity with SaaS metrics, subscription models, and revenue forecasting* Exposure to fast-growing or scaled enterprise organizations### What We Offer* High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue performance* Close partnership with senior sales and operations leadership* Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits* In-office collaboration in **New York, NY**### CompensationBase Salary Range:: $110,000 – $140,000Additional:: Bonus eligibility, equity, and full benefits## At a glanceLocation: New York, NYEmployment type: Full-timeLocation type: On-siteDepartment: Sales & Customer Success #J-18808-Ljbffr
