Connecting with local families and businesses to understand their unique insurance needs and concerns.

Developing customized coverage plans that provide real peace of mind and protection.

Managing a steady flow of inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential clients in the Wauwatosa area.

Explaining complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language so our clients feel confident in their decisions.

Regularly reviewing accounts to ensure that our clients' coverage keeps pace with their changing lives.

Cultivating a welcoming office environment where every visitor feels valued and heard.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Wisconsin.

Strong track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.

Clear and articulate communication style, both on the phone and in person.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working within an independent insurance agency is helpful but not strictly required.
