Job Description:

As a Staff Project Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project controls functions to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers and team members to monitor and analyze project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics
• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project controls or related role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
