Remote Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Customer Service Representative with a leading benefits enrollment company known for providing exceptional healthcare, life insurance, and disability benefits services.

The Remote Customer Service Representative will be a key contact point for clients, assisting with benefits education, enrollment transactions, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to delivering superior customer support within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes
• Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution
• Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed
• Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Efficiently navigate multiple screens and platforms including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals to ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years Customer Service experience required
• Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational
• Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
• Must be able to display a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Work Model: Remote (MUST BE BASED IN THE U.S.)
• Employment Type: Contract/Temporary 
• Compensation: $18 per hour
