• Deliver Excellent Service: Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with policy updates or questions.
• Grow Your Business: Proactively pursue new leads and maintain relationships to expand your client base.

Compensation

• Commission + Bonuses: Unlimited earning potential - first-year agents typically earn $60,000-$100,000+ .
• Residual Income: Earn renewals on policies. After 10 years , you're fully vested for life, creating long-term passive income.
• Weekly Pay: Commission is paid every Friday via direct deposit.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Preferred but not required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.

• Life & Health License: Must be obtained prior to selling (we'll guide you through the process).
