Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Type: Temporary (with possible permanent opportunity – not guaranteed)

We’re seeking a personable and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Chagrin Falls! If you're fluent in Spanish & English, great with people, and love helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! ️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Speak and write fluently in Spanish & English
Handle incoming calls: quotes, orders, follow-ups
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Recommend products to enhance customer orders Promote current sales & discounts
Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity, and shipping details
Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, warehouse, etc.)
Maintain and update customer account information
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
️ Use tools and procedures to provide complete, helpful responses
Route inquiries to the right departments and follow up
Participate in product and skill development training
Other duties as assigned ✅ Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in customer service or sales
️ Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written)
⌨️ Previous data entry and computer experience
‍ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel is a plus
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a bonus
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
