Your Role as Leasing Agent: The Leasing Agent is a superstar at Stone & Browning, playing a key role in making sure our properties shine! You'll be the face of the company to prospective residents and will help create a positive environment that will have people excited to call our properties home. Your day-to-day will include: Showing off our properties to potential residents (be prepared to make a great first impression!) Posting vacancies, getting creative with marketing strategies, and ensuring we're reaching the right audience Coordinating move-ins and ensuring everything goes smoothly for new residents Keeping those relationships strong - you're the go-to person for any move-in questions or concerns Joining regular team meetings to stay in the loop and continue making things happen What We're Looking For: We're after someone who's excited, friendly, and ready to dive into the action. If you're organized, love interacting with people, and have a knack for getting things done, you're a perfect fit! High school diploma or GED Tech-savvy and comfortable with all the latest tools Detail-oriented and ready to handle all the little things People person - You'll be talking to potential tenants, so being approachable and friendly is key!
