Radiology Technologist – Travel (New Britain, CT) Travel Radiology Technologist position for a 13‑week assignment in New Britain, Connecticut. Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend. Job ID #1441320. Responsibilities Use diagnostic imaging equipment to produce accurate images for physician interpretation. Prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures. Follow physician orders for specific body imaging areas. Position patients correctly and adjust imaging equipment. Employ appropriate radiation protection precautions. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare imaging results for physician review. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Radiology Technologist. Board‑certified ARRT (R) and BLS; state‑specific licensing when required. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods. Additional certifications: ARDMS (RDCS) and CCI (RCS) preferred; 2 years of experience preferred. Must be able to work 8‑hour night shifts.
