About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Investor Relations and Finance to lead and drive strategic financial initiatives and investor engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior leadership to shape and execute capital formation and fundraising strategies, developing compelling investor-facing materials, and engaging with both prospective and existing investors to build and expand relationships. This role also involves supporting the launch of new funds, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to inform investment strategies and financial planning. Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations and Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations, capital markets, or real estate. A proven track record in capital raising, investor engagement, and financial strategy execution is essential. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and contribute to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and be prepared for occasional travel.
