Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager

Kforce has a client in South San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager. Responsibilities Support the Global Campaigns, Demand and Field Marketing leadership team on operating cadences and processes, including OKR reporting, budget management and cross-functional business forums. Implement Asana to build Marketing calendars and repeatable workflow templates that fuel our event and campaign demand engine. Collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models to support the end-to-end campaign & event lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration across various functions and geographies. Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems; this includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes. Track, analyze, and report out on key operational metrics and team performance, clearly communicating campaign performance and insights, as well as the impact of operational initiatives. Bring clarity to ambiguity; navigate complexity, distill insight from noise, resolve issues quickly, and empower teams to make smart, confident decisions. Requirements 8+ years of demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations, business operations, analytics or similar roles with exposure to both business and technical skills. Proven experiences with project management tools such as Asana. Proven expertise in driving org-wide transformational projects, strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in highly cross-functional settings, and in a role that spans strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills. Appetite and ability to work through ambiguity with minimal guidance. Strong change management background and ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across global, regional, and technical teams. Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
