School-Based Physical Therapist - Camas, Washington

This role requires just around one day per week-Wednesdays are preferred, but we can be flexible to fit your schedule.


Key qualifications and experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials to practice in the state
• Direct experience providing physical therapy services to children and adolescents-particularly within a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working alongside teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized interventions tailored to each student's needs
• Documentation proficiency, including maintaining compliance with all relevant IEP and federal/state requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations and writing clear, actionable reports
• Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement IEP goals
• Delivering tailored PT interventions to support student access and participation in the educational environment
• Training school staff and caregivers on recommendations or use of adaptive equipment and strategies
• Monitoring student progress and participating in IEP meetings as needed
