About the Role We're looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to own our client acquisition pipeline from first inquiry through engagement. You'll be the first voice many of our prospective clients hear and play a critical role in converting prospective clients into retained clients. If you've thrived in a high-volume, high-touch legal intake environment where responsiveness, relationship building, and disciplined follow-through drove real conversion numbers, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Respond quickly to inbound inquiries across phone, web, chat, email, text, and referral partners. Build trust and guide prospective clients through our engagement process, from first contact to signed agreement. Own our website chat experience, including conversations escalated from our AI chat tools. Reconnect with former clients to identify new legal needs and reintroduce them to our services. Represent Silverleaf professionally in relevant online communities. Keep our CRM accurate and our pipeline moving, with a documented next step on every lead. What You Bring Previous legal intake experience at a law firm, ideally a high-performing personal injury or other high-volume practice. A track record of converting prospective clients into retained clients and consistently achieving conversion goals. Comfort managing multiple client conversations simultaneously without sacrificing responsiveness or quality. Experience with CRM or legal intake software (Lawmatics, Clio, or Filevine preferred).
