Service Lane Porter/Service Advisor Assistant

We are seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery—no automotive experience needed, just a great attitude and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake * Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet * Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document vehicle condition

• Review vehicle history and maintenance records to identify factory-recommended services
• Perform multi-point inspections (or coordinate with technicians) and accurately document findings

Keep customers informed by proactively updating wait times and service status

• Present maintenance and service recommendations clearly and confidently to customers
• Obtain customer authorization and handle accurate quoting

Deliver completed vehicles to customers and stage under service canopy

• Deliver completed vehicles with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane Administrative & Support Duties * Scan and organize daily service and parts documents * Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed * Complete outbound call campaigns from OEM-provided lead lists * Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow What We’re Looking For: * Friendly, positive attitude * Reliable and ready to work * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Good with people (customer service experience is a plus!) * Valid driver’s license No automotive experience required — we will train you!
