About the Role Tabacaru is expanding into home, and we are looking for a Home Creative Director to help shape this next chapter of the brand with taste, instinct, and a strong visual point of view. This role is for someone who understands that a home collection is not just a product category. It is a world. Table linens, entertaining pieces, decorative objects, mood, atmosphere, and the quiet details that make a room or table feel unforgettable. You will help define what home means at Tabacaru and translate the brand’s glamour, femininity, romance, and confidence into a fully realized home universe. You should have an exceptional eye, a deep sensitivity to aesthetic nuance, and the ability to turn inspiration into a cohesive creative direction that can live across product, imagery, styling, and storytelling. What You’ll Do Lead the creative direction for Tabacaru Home across product, styling, campaign concepts, presentation, and overall visual identity Help define the aesthetic world of the home category, including table, decorative, entertaining, and lifestyle pieces Build moodboards, seasonal concepts, visual references, color direction, and product inspiration Partner closely with merchandising, production, and leadership to shape the collection from concept through launch Guide the styling and creative presentation of the home collection across shoots, launches, social content, and brand materials Help ensure that every product and visual expression feels aligned with the Tabacaru world Bring thoughtful references, cultural context, and a refined point of view that elevates the category Requirements 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership, art direction, design, interiors, fashion, or luxury lifestyle role Strong visual identity and clear creative point of view Experience translating brand inspiration into real product and creative direction Strong understanding of luxury, fashion, interiors, or home aesthetics Ability to balance big ideas with practical execution Strong communication and collaboration skills Based in Los Angeles or able to work closely with the team there Nice to Have Experience working in home, tabletop, interiors, or hospitality-adjacent categories Background in editorial, luxury styling, or brand world-building Experience working with founders or small creative teams Strong network of photographers, stylists, artisans, or creative partners Familiarity with sourcing, materials, trims, or decorative finishing details You May Be a Great Fit If You love old films, beautiful tables, elegant women, entertaining at home, and the details that make life feel cinematic.
