Logistics Analyst

KSA Integration is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support LP Division task orders at HQMC. The role involves working with senior SMEs and military leadership to provide research, analysis, and program support in Marine Corps logistics mission areas. This position is contingent upon award. Anticipated Start Date: Summer 2026. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer. Job Type Full‑time/Exempt Location Pentagon / National Capital Region (Hybrid) Clearance Required Active Secret Travel Requirement Approximately 10% Position Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis on logistics policy, programs, and initiatives. Prepare briefing materials, reports, and meeting minutes for senior leadership engagements. Support coordination of meetings, conferences, and working groups including ILB, MLB, and OAGs. Maintain SharePoint sites, tracking tools, and program documentation. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for logistics readiness and sustainment metrics. Support audit and compliance activities including financial statement audit preparation. Draft, review, and coordinate policy documents and standard operating procedures. Requirements 3+ years of military or defense logistics experience Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics operations, supply chain, or maintenance management Strong writing and briefing skills — ability to produce polished products for senior audiences Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Experience with DoW financial management systems (DAI) a plus BA/BS required in logistics, business, or related field Preferred Skills/Experience Prior work experience supporting Marine Corps programs.
