Analytics Engineer, Payments

To enhance the efficiency of money transfers, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer, Payments will analyze transaction data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in disbursement processes. Key responsibilities Analyze transaction data to identify inefficiencies and improve disbursement processes Collaborate with Disbursements, Operations, and Product Managers to ensure fast and cost-effective transactions Measure and report on payment rails and transaction routing KPIs to enhance product reliability Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst; 3+ years in Fintech, Cross-Border Payments, or Remittances 2-3+ years of experience measuring payment rails and transaction routing KPIs Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker; DBT proficiency is essential Proactive startup mindset with a bias towards action and problem-solving Advanced English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
