Responsibilities Coordinate project activities across technical and functional teams Support contract transition and phase-in activities Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and risk logs Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting Facilitate customer meetings and document meeting outcomes Track deliverables and ensure timely completion of contract requirements Coordinate communication between government stakeholders and project staff Escalate issues and risks to leadership as appropriate Support continuous process improvement initiatives Assist with staffing coordination and onboarding activities Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects PMP: Project Management Professional SEC+: CompTIA Security+ (IAT-II) Active Secret Security Clearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting federal government IT programs Experience supporting Department of Defense customers Experience working in Agile project environments Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or related field Experience supporting software development or system modernization efforts OM Group, Inc. is a growing company that values your skills, training, and ideas and strives to foster a welcoming environment. In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary target range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
