Our partner is looking for an Integration & API Lead (Majesco + Ecosystem) based in the United States. This role focuses on designing and leading enterprise-grade integration and API strategies across complex insurance platforms and external ecosystems. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that connect Majesco with multiple third-party systems. The position requires strong technical leadership in API design, middleware orchestration, and microservices-based architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data and process flows. A key part of your impact will be defining integration standards, governance models, and lifecycle management practices across APIs. This is a highly collaborative and technically driven role where your decisions directly shape system interoperability and platform scalability. It is ideal for an experienced integration specialist who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys building robust connectivity ecosystems. \n Accountabilities: Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Majesco platforms and external systems across the enterprise ecosystem. Define API architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security. Lead development and implementation of REST and SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware-based integration solutions. Manage full API lifecycle processes including design, documentation, versioning, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration across insurance workflows and systems. Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements in production environments. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integration flows to improve reliability and system efficiency. Support integration of Majesco with third-party platforms and enterprise systems in complex architectures. Requirements: 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 4–6+ years focused on integration and API development roles. Strong hands-on expertise in API design, integration architecture, and enterprise system connectivity. Proven experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, microservices, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi. Experience integrating Majesco with external systems or similar enterprise insurance platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills for distributed systems. Solid understanding of API governance, lifecycle management, and documentation standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, enterprise environments.
