OrthoCenter New Jersey is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedics position in Red Bank, New Jersey. Full-time is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a newly opened physical therapy department while working alongside orthopaedic surgeons in the same building.

About the Role

You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a general orthopedic caseload. Full-time PTAs can expect to treat an average of 15 to 16 patients per day. The clinic actively encourages and supports clinicians who want to develop a specialty or pursue additional certifications. The recently opened physical therapy clinic sits inside the Red Bank office, offering close collaboration with board-certified orthopaedic surgeons and specialists treating everything from sports injuries and joint replacements to spine conditions and chronic pain.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with early days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and later hours on Tuesday and Thursday. No weekends and no holidays. Flexible scheduling is available based on the needs of the clinician hired.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay for a full-time position is in the range of $25 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available. The comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) and profit sharing.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is required. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
