Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for Element Care PACE in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Position Overview
Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health consultation for older adults enrolled in the PACE program. Deliver care through a combination of clinic visits, home visits, and nursing facility visits throughout Beverly and Gloucester. Manage psychopharmacology, behavioral health treatment planning, and crisis evaluations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary PACE team while maintaining autonomy within your specialty. Help older adults remain safely independent while improving quality of life through comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
Compensation
$130,000-$170,000 Annual Salary
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Approximately 6 Patients Per Day No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities
