Pay or shift range: $70,000 USD to $74,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Job Title: Educational Coordinator Salary: $70,000- $74,000 (Based on educational achievements and work experience) General Responsibilities Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a passionate Educational Coordinator to join our Unaccompanied Minors Program. In this role, you will lead and deliver engaging ESL instruction while overseeing all education services to ensure full compliance with NYC Board of Education regulations and agency policies. This position plays a critical role in supporting youth success and ensuring all documentation meets DOE standards. Required Skills Masters Degree in related field Licensed teacher in English as A Second Language Related teaching experience preferred Sensitivity to the developmental stages and well being of the children Strong organizational and planning skills Proficiency in Spanish required Desired Skills Punctuality and professional demeanor are essential Passionate about working with children and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
