We are currently looking for motivated HVAC Lead Installers to join a dynamic team! Pay: $35-$45/hr. What Must Be Accomplished Full installation of new and replacement systems from cooling to heating depending on the customer’s needs. Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client’s needs and develop options that meet those needs. Test pipes, tubing joints, and connections for leaks using a pressure gauge, leak detection additives, or a soap-and-water solution. Test electrical circuits and components for continuity using electrical test equipment. Repair and replace defective equipment, components, and wiring. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. How Will Success Be Measured Work to continuously grow your technical skills. 100% completion of install checklist. No call backs from customers. Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals. Requirements HVAC experience required: 3+ years. FHW/Boiler/Steam is a plus! EPA Universal Certification required. NATE certification a plus! Sheet Metal License is a plus! Electrical experience.
