Quick Facts

• Location: Portage, IN
• Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Schedule: 2nd & 3rd shifts
• Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Tackle

• Run and monitor production and packaging lines to meet targets
• Execute setups, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Complete daily logs and production documentation with accuracy
• Carry out routine cleaning and equipment inspections
• Champion quality, safety, and productivity standards

Is This You?

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing (food production experience is a plus)
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving
• Works well solo and on a team
• Dependable, detail-driven, and safety-focused
