Flooring Installer - Rochester (Full-time, OT available and NYS rate pay)

Flooring Installer

TES Staffing is working with a growing flooring company and we're looking for reliable, skilled flooring installers to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on flooring experience and want steady work, predictable hours, and real benefits , this is a great opportunity.

- Typically home by 4:00 PM
Local work only
- Jobs in and around Rochester
- No long-distance travel
Very few nights or weekends
- Any overtime is planned and communicated well in advance

What You'll Be Doing

Installing a variety of flooring materials, including:
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) / vinyl
- Hardwood
- Laminate
- Tile
- Carpet
- Commercial flooring
Working on commercial projects
Loading materials and traveling to job sites with the crew
Completing installs with attention to quality, safety, and timelines

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of flooring installation experience
Comfortable installing multiple flooring types
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Ability to perform physical work (lifting, kneeling, standing, etc.)
Valid driver's license preferred
