Schedule Full‑time | On‑site | Monday–Friday (occasional evenings/weekends depending on client needs) ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes not limited to Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally Consult with clients to understand their home financing goals and pre‑qualify them for loan programs Educate borrowers on available loan products and guide them through the early application process Collaborate with our processing and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely closings Maintain detailed notes and follow‑up in our LOS systems Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals Stay up‑to‑date on loan guidelines, market trends, and compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct Reports: No PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

COMPENSATION

Base Compensation Information – For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City + other areas requiring disclosure: A large portion of a Loan Officer’s compensation is commission based.
