We are seeking a motivated Business Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams by driving project coordination, business process improvement, and data-driven decision making. This role sits between administrative support and management, playing a critical role in maintaining project structure, communication, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communication across business units and project teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and manage project metrics, including budgets, expenditures, and performance indicators
- Maintain and organize project documentation, communications, and business data for easy access and reporting
- Support project planning by developing work breakdown structures and tracking milestones
- Review contracts, cost proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Help establish and document business processes to improve efficiency and operational consistency
- Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets, identifying any variances or risks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Basic understanding of business operations, budgeting, and process management
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business tools
- Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, or analytics
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
