About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 15:00 - 23:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years in CT and X-ray License: Valid U.S. SSN required Certifications: ARRT R ARRT CT BLS Must-Have: Experience in both CT and X-ray tech Description: This position supports both X-Ray and CT services while on duty. First-time travelers are accepted. Block scheduling can be discussed during the interview. Call is not required. Floating may be needed as required within the scope. Skills required include experience in adult acute care, adult outpatient, and various imaging techniques. The role involves preparation and administration of contrast media and starting peripheral IVs. The facility handles patient age groups from infants to geriatrics. The daily census is estimated to be around 160 visits. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and social services.
