At Chick-fil-A Hazlet, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to spread joy and provide an excellent experience for all those that they come into contact with. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile
Create and Maintain Eye Contact
Speak Enthusiastically
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Work on their feet for several hours at a time
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Enjoy a competitive, winning environment by constantly pursuing excellence to exceed guest expectations
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
Committed to the pursuit of excellence while getting 1% B.E.T.T.E.R. everyday
