Market People Partner - HR Leader & Talent Strategist

NAPA

NAPA is seeking a Market People Partner to act as a trusted HR advisor for the NAPA People team across the assigned area. The role partners with leaders to align talent strategy with business goals, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, compensation and compliance to support the company’s growth and priorities.

The position requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and experience managing HR processes in multiple locations.
