Inspection Supervisor Location: Mt Sterling, KY Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supplier coordination experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and manage priorities Professional communication skills when working with vendors and suppliers Reliable and dependable with strong time management skills Job Duties Serve as the primary liaison between the company and out‑of‑state parts suppliers, including ProTech and Summit Polymers Communicate with suppliers regarding parts availability, orders, and delivery schedules Coordinate and track supplier communications to ensure timely fulfillment of parts needs Resolve supplier‑related issues and escalation when necessary Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and order updates Work closely with internal departments to support production and inventory needs Provide administrative support related to supplier coordination and purchasing activities Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Our client offers a range of competitive benefits to keep their teams happy, healthy and invested.
