Core Role Summary Senior ServiceNow CSM Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise customer service solutions on ServiceNow. Must Have Skills:

5+ years ServiceNow platform experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow CIS ITSM
ServiceNow CIS CSM
ServiceNow CSM implementation
ServiceNow ITSM
Customer Service Portal and Workspace development

Nice to Have:

ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
REST/SOAP APIs
CRM integrations
Snowflake
Email-to-case automation
