Commercial Lending Systems Administrator

Provides day-to-day administration and support for the Commercial Lending loan origination system (LOS) and related lending applications. Responsible for maintaining system functionality, assisting users, troubleshooting issues, creating standard reports, and supporting system-related initiatives. Serves as the primary point of contact for end-user questions and operation support while ensuring system integrity and compliance requirements are maintained. Principal Accountabilities Contribute to the Commercial division origination goals by ensuring the LOS system is running smoothly from origination, to booking, and servicing. Work with vendors to evaluate, set up, test, implement and integrate systems as required to meet business needs. Represent the Bank to internal and external customers, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face and telephone communications.A ccountable for adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards including but not limited to CRA and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), quality and timeliness of departmental activities. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Duties Serve as first-level System Administrator for the Commercial Loan Origination System. Provide day-to-day support for Commercial Lending users. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with the technology team and vendors as needed. Monitor system performance and identify operational concerns. Assist in distributing standard reports and recurring management reports. Assist with system testing for upgrades, enhancements, and vendor releases. Document procedures and maintain system-related reference materials. Serve as a liaison between Commercial Lending and Technology teams for operational issues. Assist in implementation and rollout of system enhancements. Support data integrity and quality control initiatives. Participate in workflow reviews and recommend operational efficiencies. Assist with training users on system functionality and procedures. Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and policies impacting system processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate with business partners to assess and enhance workflows and procedures; maintain procedures manual for the department. Coordinate pre-and post-loan review and audit activities including loan review responses and exception resolution and reporting. Participate in ongoing skill, compliance, risk management and security training as required for the position and apply knowledge in daily tasks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Associates degree within a Business Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance degree program or higher. Minimum of 1-3 years of Commercial Lending, Loan Operations, Credit Administration, or systems support experience. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Commercial Lending workflows. Experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications . Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
