Project Manager II

We’re looking for a Project Manager II to lead the delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, ensuring AbsenceSoft solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. In this role, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing customer needs with internal resources while driving consistent, high-quality delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating cross-functional resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process. Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Track and report on project health, budget, and timelines, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team. Help maintain organizational security and compliance controls within your role. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is preferred. Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects, with strong stakeholder management skills. Solid organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities, paired with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. A problem-solver who anticipates risks and drives solutions, and a confident communicator across both technical and business audiences. Flexibility and effectiveness in managing multiple priorities.
