Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fabricators / Welders for projects located in or around Enumclaw, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Fabricating steel and stainless steel components from architectural plans Welding parts using hard wire and dual-shield processes Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and drawings Layouting, measuring, and marking dimensions on raw materials Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for assembly Drilling holes and machining parts to exact specifications Assembling structural components with high precision Requirements: 4-5 years of steel and stainless steel fabrication experience Must be proficient in hard wire and dual-shield welding techniques Must have strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills Must have solid understanding of fabrication mathematics and measurements Must have sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
