Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and customers. This role involves greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
