Talent Acquisition Tactical Lead (contract)

Tactical Role In Management Of Third-Party Msp Or Rpo Relationships

US Citizenship is required

This is a tactical role in management of third-party MSP or RPO relationships that cover all domestic and international locations. This is NOT a role managing recruiting operations.

Required:

Looking for Tactical TA experience preferably managing/overseeing RPO or MSP relationships
Experience analyzing performance data to spot trends
Experience and or ability to apply metrics and KPIs to performance
Understanding of Six Sigma concepts such as 5 Why

Strongly Preferred Experience:

Sharepoint Content Editing
PowerBI for data analysis
MS Excel
PowerPoint

Duties:

Reviewing content on company Intranet that needs updating
Making revisions using SharePoint content editing
Analyzing performance data to spot trends using PowerBI and Excel
Compiling benchmark research as team decides on refinements to service elements for enhanced customer experience
Updating communications packages with regional content using PowerPoint
