Culinary Supervisor - Leader Bank Pavilion

The Culinary Supervisor reports to the Concessions Chef and is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day kitchen operations and ensuring food production meets quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Follow Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef directions for opening and closing procedures and food preparation. Report daily to Chefs on progress and needs. Lead the kitchen team with respect and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Perform daily uniform checks and help maintain kitchen standards. Ensure staff prepare food items in compliance with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain HACCP standards, ensuring proper food temperature, rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Keep the kitchen, including walk‑in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors, and drains, clean and sanitary. Ensure all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and in safe, operable condition and report issues to the Chefs. Identify and store meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, starches, dairy products, and other items according to established standards. Participate monthly in inventory for the department of responsibility. Act as a team player in preparation, service, and delivery of product. Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, complete company‑wide safety training, and receive additional job‑specific safety training. Qualifications Professional training through culinary education or experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility; full‑service casual dining preferred. Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered. Must be able to obtain a food safety certification. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English. Mobility sufficient for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 50 lbs. Capacity to stand or walk for long periods. Availability for all stadium events. Willingness to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay rate: $18 – $26 per hour Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
