Reports To: Warehouse Manager/Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Department of Labor: 53-7062 SOC 960 Description: Manually move, pick, and scan materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities. Works in warehouses to select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment, using electric pallet jacks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) Use a pallet jack (electric) Use a wrapping machine Verify accuracy, verify SKUs, check for damages, and update inventory Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow SOPs and safety procedures Qualifications No experience required Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally Must be detail-oriented Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting pick per hour goals.
