Be part of an exciting new chapter at The Westin Crystal City as we debut Stillwater & Stone, our reimagined restaurant and modern lobby bar, in May 2026. We're seeking a skilled and engaging Bartender to help bring this elevated dining and social experience to life.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtfully prepared beverages and attentive service.

What You'll Do

As a Bartender, you'll be at the center of our food and beverage experience—crafting high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and supporting smooth bar and restaurant operations.

• Craft Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and creativity
• Deliver Memorable Service: Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining area
• Know Your Menu: Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink offerings, ingredients, and pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Engage Guests: Create a welcoming, social atmosphere that encourages repeat visits from both travelers and locals
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless service
• Uphold Standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Familiarity with POS systems (Micros preferred)
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• A polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy setting
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations
